Day 1 - 30 Day Shred

The work out is only about 27 minutes with no breaks. Which sounds scary at first but Jillian get's you through it.
Anyway, my thoughts on my first day were that it was a lot easier than I thought it would be which makes me feel as if I was doing something wrong. I followed the blondes pace the whole time and did the moves as I saw them as best as I could. I hope to see results.
How did you guys experience day 1? And is it bad that I didn't feel challenged enough even though I am completely out of shape? I like these workouts a lot and want to stick to it but if I am not feeling completely dead after the workouts does this mean I may not get top results?

I felt sooooo tired and challanged! I think your body may be working differently! Did you drink water or sit in a cool place?0

I was just sitting in my living room, when I could between the short breaks when you would stand up or sit back down I'd drink a few sips of water here and there.0

If it was easy and you don't feel like you worked hard enough, follow the other girl. Squat lower, be sure your form's perfect... that'll help!0

Oh man I thought it was sooo easy! Then after doing day 2, the pain came in and my thighs and calf hurt all day long till about day 7-8. But by then I felt noticeably stronger and was able to power through and even do some of the advanced moves. Today I completed Day 15. She definitely makes me feel accomplished! Remember to take measurements and pictures!

I have just done day 1 level 1 today! it was brutal! I have always started this DVD and then quit by day 3 but I will do it this time!0

Felt it day 2! Almost gave up half way through but I pushed myself! Felt amazing after!0
