I am 33 years old from Kentucky! Just starting to try and get back into shape after having 4 kids over the last 12 years! Looking for friends and work out buddies on here! Just some extra motivation!! Hope to meet some new people! :happy:

    Kentucky girl here too! North Eastern corner of the state, Ashland area. Mom of 2 daughters. What types of exercise is everyone doing? I've let my gym membership lapse and am considering not renewing it. I've been doing BodyRock (now called Daily Hiit) workouts regularly and think I may just stick with home workouts.

    Just east of Louisville. Lost the weight, and then over the last 2 years, 30 lbs. crept back on. It's time to peel it back off. Just realized how much my coffee creamer has been costing me every day. Too much!

    Just went to the Goetta festival a few weeks ago. Had fun, but I don't get the Goetta. Probably good that I didn't, or it'd just be one more thing I have to avoid. :)
