1 year (almost) with pics!

Hope this works! I started myfitnesspal February 1st, 2012. I started with 1300 calories a day, which didn't work very well. I upped to 1650 and eat back some exercise calories! I started with 30 Day Shred and have since done other Jillian Michaels, Insanity, and recently added weight training. I'm kind of stuck now at 176, but I've went done in inches so I'm not too upset about that (even though its frustrating to see the same number on the scale!)

The last picture proves why the scale isn't always a great indicator. The first swimsuit picture is from July, the second is from Saturday. There is only a 3 lb difference between them!

*I'm 5'7. Started at 214, now I'm 176-177. I've had three children (5,3,and 2)
