Vitamin A deficiency

Well I'm taking 10,000 IU a day, but I think due to my low fat intake I'm not getting it all. I don't eat red meat at all and chicken only a few times a week. I'm a big fish eater, I do eat two eggs a day and a ton of cheese for the fat. But it's not helping? I'm no dietitian but I need to figure this out and quick as I have been deficient for a year now. Maybe add some ice cream for the fat content?

If you're taking 10K U per day, you're not deficient. And frankly, you probably don't need that anyway. Stop worrying.1
