I HATE cardio. I despise it.

...I've tried listening to music, but it doesn't really help for me.

I then started putting my tablet on my stationary bike and watching youtube videos while doing the cardio. I have a playlist with 30 something minutes worth of videos. I switch them around every now and then (so I don't get bored with the same videos).

The time goes by quickly...and sometimes, something in the video will push me a bit harder. For example:

When he falls and struggles back to his feet....every single time I see that, I peddle faster. My legs can be dead, but when I see that, something kicks me into another gear...

I like this guys channel - especially this video:

I'm not sure if the type of motivation I use would be useful for you, but here are a few more:
http://youtu.be/vGnAQqlrKoE (watching him struggle doing pushups makes me peddle faster too)
    http://youtu.be/3gPR-yJ4Rcg
http://youtu.be/ASb9To22eP0 (the pools of sweat remind me I'm not going hard enough...no matter how hard I'm going)

There are a lot of "transformation" videos on youtube. They always nudge my ego a bit ;). I don't care if they are fake or embellished a bit. They always get me thinking, "I can do that too! As a matter of fact, I can do better than he did!"

    Hope that helps

I cant say I am the best with workouts but I try to always keep moving than always sitting down or laying down. It's better than doing nothing at all.
