I am new to this, just started this week, on rest days do you do cardio or other workout videos. It's weird to me to only lift and not do some kind of cardio.

    You can do whichever you prefer and adjust calorie intake to match

    It's really up to you what you do. I usually do 10 minutes of cardio on my lifting days as a warmup. And then on my other days I do Jillian Michaels videos and might start adding some running in again.
