Looking foe MFP friends :)

Hi All :happy:

I'm looking for MFP Friends to support and who i can support back, i want to get healthy and lose some weight!! I have been using MFP on and off for the last few years, and when i stick with it i find with patience!!! it does work!!

My current goal is to do Jillian Michaels 30 day shed 5 days per week and to eat 1200 a day. I have done the 30 day shed before with other exercises: jogging and riding a bike and really noticed a difference in my body shape after a few months of hard work.

Lets do this :):)

  • I've started the 30 day shred too, as well as c25k, and they are kicking my butt! Have some sore, hurting muscles, but it's a good sort of hurt, if that makes sense. :)
