pierced squash with fork microwaved 15 min then scooped out mixed with marinara sauce and (some )1/4 cup mozzarella-so yummy low cal low carb!

    me too. I cook mine and then layer it with some homemade sauce, cheese and veggies and cook it like a lasagna.. mmm sooo good. Having it tonight

    I had it last night for dinner with a bit of garlic tossed on top...OOOO so yummy!!

    I usually cut the spaghetti squash in half first and remove the seeds. It gets very hot so you need to use an oven mitt when handling it. The remainder of the squash freezes very well. I like to just mix it with stir-fry vegies and sometimes some low-sodium soy sauce. The nutty flavor is phenomenal.
