Has anyone ever used The PERFECT Resistance Band system??

Hey everyone.....I was wonering if anyone had ever tried the PERFECT Resistance Band System and had any good results...I have had this system and to be honest for about 6 months and never used it.... I know, I've been a slacker.... But I have gotten serious about wanting to get in shape this year.... NO more EXCUSES...So any information or advise on this would be great....Thanks in advance:flowerforyou:
