Try and moderate your weight loss as skin seems to cope better tha way. And I use bio-oil on my saggy bits, twice a day (when I remember). I heard good stuff about nip+fab creams, but apparently the effects stop when you stop using it. Skin brushing is good too. Hope this helps!

Don't - my belly when I lean forwards is not a pretty sight! :( still - I'm glad I lost the weight - don't let it put you off!

It depends on how much you have lost and how old you are and how long you have been obese. I have lost 123 lbs in the last year and have saggy skin. I have been obese my entire life and I am 49 years old. I have exercised during my weight loss and recently joined a gym to do the weight machines to tone up but I know that my saggy skin will only retract so much since I have been obese all my life. I am hoping the weights help along with doing cardio too but am realistic too. Would love to have plastic surgery after I have reached my personal goal weight and maintained but it is very expensive. Maybe one day!
    Good luck!
