i am baking some apples this morning for a yummy, healthy, fantastic smelling, breakfast for myself and my family.:smooched: :smooched: :smooched: :smooched:
:flowerforyou: thought i'd share this fact w/ you!:flowerforyou:

i have no recipe. i simply cut apple in half, scoop out middle, sprinkle w/ cinnamon, and bake till i think it's done enough! 1/2 to 1 hour?

i figure the calories are just an apple or 2!:drinker:  :drinker:

This is fantastic. I'm still trying new things with the huge number of apples I got through bountiful baskets and this sounds perfect! Thank you for sharing.

I do something similar too. I just cut up an apple, put it in a bowl, I have a spice jar with brown sugar twin, cinnamon and nutmeg and I sprinkle on top and microwave until soft. It's yummy. If you want the ultimate dessert, top with a little bit of light or fat free cool whip.
