...need motivation mostly.
Hi, thought I would try this again. Been on here for a bit, use the app mostly for exercise. For when I do anyway. I want to use it and the site more. Which brings me here.
A little about me, Im 38, 250 lbs and a type 2 diabetic as of almost 3 years ago. My sugars are controlled pretty well, I am satisfied with my A1C results typically, but of course it can always be better. I would currently like to lose 20lbs, with an eventual goal of another 10 after that. Doctor would like to see me at 220. I do believe this is possible. I have a home gym and a recumbent bike to use. Like a lot of folks, i seem to go in spurts and eventually taper off. I am hoping this site will help motivate me and help maintain a routine of exercise and hopefully some better eating than I have been doing.
I am hoping to get the shove I need and maybe help others with the same.
