So, yesterday at my all employee training we were told to talk about first all the things that could go wrong on a frigid, cold day... and then we had to make a longer list of the things that were GOOD about a frigid, cold day. I will admit, my bad list was longer than my good list. So, what do you think is a GOOD thing about a frigid, cold day? Help me come up with ideas to stay warm...

Here's my contribution....

encourages snuggling/fornication (my oldest kiddo was conceived in late Jan/early Feb)

you can put your beer/soda outside instead of using fridge

    Ha! We definately take advantage of the frigid weather to keep our beers cold ;) You just have to drink them fast enough so they dont freeze :laugh:

    Aside from snuggling on the couch with a warm blanket, fire roasting, and a hot cup of tea...I love how frisky my dogs get playing in the cold weather. They get so excited, and run around the yard. It's hilarious!

    ~ Great time to make use of a fireplace
    ~ Can also make ice cubes outside (if your freezer is too full, and you aren't blessed with an ice cube maker)

    I bought two six packs of 16oz coke zero bottles.. I can just leave them in my car and pull them out when I want one.

    It's a lot better than a hot day. I feel like I can get out and exercise in cold weather. I feel like I'm dying when it gets above 80ºF and I try to exercise outdoors.

    Hahaha... that happened to my friend once with a Diet Dr. Pepper... it was ALL over the front half the the car... even on the sun visors and in the vents.
