It's a facebook video, but it's delightful. I've decided I shall never regular-walk anywhere again.

    Yesss. It looks like a contagious day improver . I know after watching it I was like, "Oh YEAH!". If it can be half as delightful in person, I'd say that kind of fun could really brighten up a lot of people's day!

    I dance walk on my treadmill :tongue: Thank goodness no one can see me! I'm actually really amazed that I haven't fallen off yet...but I have so much fun :bigsmile:
