newbie!

Hi all, just signed up today after having a shock at the doctors, decided to pop on their scales. Ooh I so wish I hadnt lol, 82kg (13 stone) eeeeek.

I stopped smoking 3 weeks ago, and yes I have been eating more as things taste better.

So I have decided to moniter my calorie intake and exercise more.

Need support, so I look forward to getting to know you all

    Hey welcome to MFP! I have struggled with smoking in the past. That is great that you have gone three weeks without smoking. Try snacking on healthy foods. I used to chomp on carrots like they were going out of style when i wanted to smoke. i will add you! You can do this!
