More Calories... More Protein...Less Sugar

I need some help. I need to add more calories to my diet so I need foods that are rich in proteins, but low in carbs and sugars etc. I had lost 10lbs before joining MFP and I am currently at 5'8", 197lbs and want to lose about 10lbs for now. When I get there I will assess how much further I will go as at the moment I am quite busty (not sure if that will change with the weight loss). I work out 4-5 times a week - kick boxing, circuit training and general aerobics so I know I need to fuel my body so it doesn't go into starvation mode.
Thanks for any and all feed back

Protein powder, egg whites, and chicken breast are excellent sources of mostly protein. I also like light tofu.0

cottage cheese is good, high protein and low carb. you can mix it with some vanilla, cinnamon, and splenda and it tastes like ice ceram. so yummy. i'm gonna add you too, since i'm also 5'8" :-)0

When I needed more protein I added eggs, soy milk, cottage cheese (personally not a fan of greek yogurt, but people rave about it), and peanut butter. Some of those have more carbs than others, so take a look at the info in the database before adding to your diet. I also added avocados and started cooking with olive oil to increase calories in general.0
