Do you eat the same amount on off/cardio days?

I do a 3 days split MWF on specific body parts and a full body workout on Saturdays and have my TTH as off/cardio days. I'm currently in an increased calorie intake since I'm kinda experimenting around which amounts leads to gains or losses and I'm seeing gains already at 2420 cal a day. I'm thinking of just continuing on bulking up then cut after this month's training duration is over but I want to control the weight gain. So I was wondering if you eat at the same amount on off days or not and if it will contribute to weight gain.

I look at my energy balance on a weekly basis. I try for the same amount of calories every day. On workout days I end up with a slightly larger deficit, and on non-workout days I end up with a slightly smaller deficit.
I'm not gaining weight. Of course, I'm not losing either, though I have lost a few inches.
As long as you're maintaining a deficit overall on a consistent basis, you shouldn't gain.0 -
I also eat less, and on purpose be under on carbs and over on protein0
