Apparently, I've downloaded the app, but never used it over 20 months ago. Just started today, but I have been focusing on my weight loss since New Years. Dropped 5lbs so far. Hope to lose 15-20 by May (college graduation) and then another 10-20 by September. I would love the encouragement and support who are on the same journey path as myself! Hi there and welcome! I have about 65 to 70 pounds left to lose so I completely understand. Everyone is always free to add me as a friend as I know how important encouragement can be to keep you on track. I joined MFP a few years ago but I didn't get serious until January of 2012. Due to vacations and forgetfulness (I'm getting old ) I did forget to log in a few times last year - 3 in the summer, 1 in the fall and then New Year's Eve to be exact - but I am definitely here to stay as consistency with MFP has made a huge difference in my weight loss.
