Okay I have done this before for my six month mark but it is that time to do a one year photo progress...
315lbs - Jan 1st 2012
280lbs - July 2012

245lbs - Jan 20 2013
This is my progress.. I am actually pretty happy.. I goal towards 100lbs this year but I will settle for the 70lbs and work harder this year
