I had no idea a site like this actually existed. I mean, I knew there were 'tools' that were out there, but nothing like this. I am pretty excited. Figured I'd drop by and say hey. I can be a hermit crab on the net, so this is a stepping stone for me. :smile:

    I am new to this site too. A friend turned me on to it. I love it! I am so more aware of what goes in my mouth now. Before I eat something I come look and see how many calories it has. Good LUCK!

    Oh, yes. I am too! According to my calculations, I am slacking quite a few, which is a shocker to me. Nonetheless, such an awesome tool.
