I was wondering if the little message that you get at the end of the day is it correct? And if it is how do I lose more than what it is telling me?
Thanks
Thanks

From what I've heard of others I do not think that it is that accurate. The computer can't tell your body type or how your metabolism is. But the only way to find out is keep up with the site and log in your weight loss and see iif it matches.0

yes it is correct. if everyday was EXACTLY the same as today. which is impossible. there are too many different factors from things think when you ate, how much you slept, how much insignificant exercise you got (like walking back and forth from the fridge). and into that your metabolism changes daily, and the more weight you lose, the slower you will start losing.0

It's not correct, but I think it is fun to see it. It's kind of motivating to think that in only 5 more weeks I could get down to the weight it claims I would be. :happy:0
