Looking for other team members for encouragement and support in the Athens / Madison area. Our team weighed in today...wow...that hurt!

    I'm not participating this year. I'm not far from my goal weight.

    But I highly recommend the program. It's what jump started my weight loss 3 years ago.

    I lost 24lbs in the ten weeks. I've lost 68 total and never looked back!

    Good luck to everyone. : )

    Stay focused and committed. It's worth it.

    Congratulations! 68lbs is amazing. I've been on the weight loss roller coaster - up. down. up. down. up....seems I'm stuck at up! Ultimately, I would love to drop 30lbs.

    Duuude, I've lost so much weight, I should have known ab this like last year! I can't join now, cuz I'm focusing on BF% & not losing so much weight, since I'm at a healthy weight. Good luck!!
