Weight Watchers and Exercise

If you follow MFP, everytime you pt you 'earn' calories back which is good. My question is this: Do I gain points back if I pt while on WW?

This thought occurred to me after pt'ing and realizing that I am a little bit hungrier on those days but I like the fact that I am eating healthier on WW than I was before but I don't want to mess it up with pt. Does that make sense?

Any help would be appreciated!

P.S. I am doing WW for free as I don't have money to attend meetings.

I was on weight watcher for a while, and there is a scale which allows you to earn points back for exercise. Basically, it was based on your age and the intensity level of your workout. I am not sure if you can google it and find it online. The short answer is yes. Even on Weight Watchers, exercise was a way to let you eat more.

ww gives you points earned for exercise. when you are hungry eat them! keep it healthy, pb n apple or some such. doesnt mean to eat a snickers just cuz you exercised. i dont care what they say about calories. my body does not process them the same. yours may be different. i rarely used the points i earned from exercise cuz i wanted to lose faster. to each his own. i dont eat mine back on here either.

    Thank you so much!!

Based on you guys (or gals in this case), and with some help from my husband (who is better at googling than I am), I found the following site. Again thanks!! I didn't even know that was possible!
