    I'm a 'newbie' from 9/17. I so can't wait to be able to put up my photos and be an inspiration to others. Thank you for sharing. Your stories/pictures are very motivational and a good reminder of why I'm doing this. I could use some friends :)

    I'm 5'11, I started at 241 in January, I am 179 now (I was down to 169 but fell off the wagon a bit last month) I have about 14-16 pounds still to go!

    Today I have been on MFP 695 days...and it has not been easy but I pushed thru....

    The Key is to this journey is to never give up, take one day at a time, find the plan and variety of healthier foods that works for you...and PATIENCE so Key....Good luck to you....

    I do not think I am the biggest loser on here, But I have been here for a very long time. 4 years, two years after reaching goal weight, I am still here, still logging foods, still working out, still living the life. :)
