Hey guys! I'm new here and about to start a new eating and exercise plan. I'm pretty excited for how it's going to change my body! I'd love to see some other transformations, especially in the same height range. Thanks in advance!

I'm 5'7 and started again about two weeks ago, so no photos but my goal is around 140 I'm at 151 now so if you need a friend feel free to add me.
I've been doing Ripped in 30 and some running and have really noticed a difference in terms of toning and muscles.0 -

What kind of workouts did you do? Looks like I have the same body type as you - well your starting body type. Most of my weight is in my hips & thighs0 -
I started running in the beginning. Then I added weights, first with a Group Power class to get back into the swing of things and still burn cardio cals. Then, I specifically started lifting heavy, mostly.
I do far less cardio now---I box twice per week and run once per week. And I lift different muscle groups 5 days per week (I rotate groupings).0 -
5'7: heaviest- 155, current- 138, goal: 130 how do I add a picture? Doesn't give me that option...0

I'm in the same boat. I'm 5'7" and currently weigh 148. I know that's not "fat" according to BMI, but I'm not comfortable with how I look. My mom even asked me if I was pregnant again the other day (I'm not!) I want to shoot for 130, but would happy with a bit more and toning up A LOT!!! Feel free to add me!0

I'm 5 ft 7 and have gone from 192 lbs (February 2012) to my current weight of 155 lbs. My goal weight is 150, so I'm nearly there! But I don't know how to add pictures and I'm not sure if I have any of me at my heaviest--I tended to hide from the camera back then.0

I lost about 30 pounds over a year and a half, now maintaining for the last few months.
Vacation in December:
I don't have a full shot before but here is my face from a few years ago to now (over the summer, but same weight within a couple pounds)
