What to do when you don't have an appetite

It's hot, and I have ZERO appetite. It's been like this for a week or more. I can manage to get in about 1200, mayyyybe 1500 everyday. I do exercise, and I rarely eat my calories back simply because I can't. I'm just not hungry enough. I do try though.
On the flip side, I do have a nice appetite two weeks out of the month. Around that time, it's tough for me to stay within my allotment. I do drink protein shakes, but I'm in between shipments, and it's taking forever and a day for it to get here.
Any advice on what to do? Most of what I eat is protein, which keeps the hungries away, and that's not helping the situation.

Add more fats? For example, if you have yogurt, you can sprinkle on some seeds (20g will add about 120 calories) or use a tbsp of oil when cooking (about 100).0
