It's only been a week....

and I'm already down 6 lbs.
Water weight? Probably.
Motivating? Definitely.
I feel great, I've changed my eating habits, my workouts are less tiring and more fun, it's an all around life style change, and I can DIG THAT.

Anyways, just wanted to share my joy with all of you weight losing souls.

    Awesome and great attitude! Just one word of warning, when you get "that" week that you don't lose anything or even gain a tiny bit, don't get discouraged. Put it in your mind that its bound to happen so when you get to it, you shrug it off and keep up your routine. I wish weight loss was linear but its not, and its often a bit of a back and forth. Good luck!!
  • Definitely won't. I'm going to try to weigh myself once a month.
    I'm very prepared for the week that I don't lose anything.
    In the end of it all, we will all be healthier and happier.

  • I have lost 5, well the scale said 5.4 but I am not counting the .4 till I loose the whole pound!~ I have been chugging the water!!
