I have reached my weight goal but want to keep tracking my calories. How do I set a maintenance calorie level?

Go To "My Home", "Goals", and the Change Goals, change your goal to maintenance vs. losing any weight and you should be good to go.0

Are you asking about how/where on the site you can change your cals? The above answer covers that.
Or are you asking about how to determine what your maintenance cals are/should be?0 -
First off - congratulations!
I hit my target weight 2 weeks ago and the way I'm adjusting to maintain it is to custom set my goals so that every week I add 100 calories to the daily net calorie target. I will keep doing this until I hit the sweet spot where I can maintain in my ideal weight range.0
