Podcast recommendation please!

Hi pals!
I was wondering if anyone could recommend me a motivational/dieting podcast for my iphone, roughly 20min long for my walk to work please?
My colleague who I usually walk to work with has handed in her notice and knowing myself I will get bored of walking on my own. And that walk is really boring. And am usually still a bit tired (I sleep on the train - bliss) so I can already see myself being lazy and getting a bus instead of walking those 20min. Especially when it's raining.
So if you have anything worth listening to (there's only so much music I can listen to over and over again) - Shoot!
Cheers!

I don't know about podcasts, but when I have to drive long distances, I always check out a book on CD. You can also do this with your e readers and I think on your phone. Good luck finding something to keep you motivated!0

Thanks for the suggestion Soozie. I tried listening to audiobooks and I have plenty, but I find them sooo annoying - never can really listen to them, feel my thoughts running wild, thinking of something else or reminiscing about a strange choice of words.. It's unfortunate that I can't get into them, as I don't want to spend that much time sitting on my backside (i.e. reading) anymore..
Guess I'll have to stick to Jillian Michael's podcasts, though they are usually 1h and I lose track of where I've been too easily.. oh well0 -
I know there is a Fat2Fit Podcast that's supposed to be good, and I think it's 20 minutes, I listened in my car to a friends while she ran into the store- I haven't added it yet though!0

I like Fat2Fit too. I just found that podcast and not sure if they have anything recent but there are a lot of old 'casts to catch up on. It's 2 guys who are easy to listen to and the throw in listener questions, book/article reviews and some other things to keep it interesting.0

That sounds great, will check it out! Thank you very much!0

Yeah, Fat2Fit is pretty decent although in some of their older podcasts they do have some misinformation. The more recent stuff is better.
I like the Nutrition Diva Quick and Dirty Tips podcasts. She's very sensible and objective and I like her perspective. However her podcasts are much shorter than what you're looking for: about 3-4 minutes for most of them. Still she does have a lot of them from previous years, you you could queue them up and listen to multiple episodes during each walk.
The Ben Greenfield fitness podcast can be decent. There's also the FitCast, which can be hit or miss. I really hate one of the guys, but the other hosts are okay.
If you do a search on iTunes there are quite a few weight loss/nutrition podcasts. There seem to be an especially high number of paleo/primal themed podcasts, for whatever reason.0
