    Yayyy, get it girl.... just like you say, you use the restroom a lot, all of those jumping jacks add up in a day. Sometimes I will switch it up with squats or something. it just becomes a daily routine.

    I've been really pushing myself to work out more and more often to up my heart rate and hopefully in turn, my metabolism during the day since I typically "work out" at night. Every time I go to the restroom at work, I do 2-3 minutes of exercise...Squats, jumping jacks, sink push ups, standing crunches, etc. Sometimes I come out and am out of breath and am just waiting for the weird looks! :) I log it during the day in "exercise notes", so I can see how many minutes I've added to my daily exercise.:happy:
