NSV Alert! It’s been a while since I’ve had a good NSV and it’s about time. Today I was low on time and even lower on the availability of clean/ironed shirts for work. I have a new shirt that that’s been hanging in my closet but every time I would try it on, it was just too tight and uncomfortable.

Well, I was up against the clock so I figured I’d give it a try. I put it on & YES!, it fit! Not only that, but it’s almost a little too loose. Winner! That was a great way to start the day fo’ shizzle!

And bonus lesson for all, I haven’t lost any weight recently. Now that is not exactly good news but it is a good example that the scale is not always the final answer. It’s proof that if you’re putting in the work, you will transform your body even if the scale is not on your side at every single weigh in.
