Dont get discouraged. Are you drinking water, and lots of it? Second, what are you eating. Calorie intake is not that important. Its what you eat. I want to help you! Inbox me what you eat today. We can do this together!!!

Eat more protein and fiber and less carbs. We can give you more detailed advice if you open your diary.

I beg to differ, calories are the most important.

Figure out your TDEE from one of the many calculators mentioned on this site and posts, take a 20% cut from that, add calories for breastfeeding and eat that number everyday.. You are moderately active.
If your eating 1200 calories and not eating back exercise calories, you will be stuck at those 4 lbs for a very long time.
  • I'm with chimp- calorie count IS very important. What you eat is, too- you can't out-exercise a bad diet.

I had a similar experience to yours- I worked out HARD on the daily. I lost a little at first but the weight loss stalled. It wasn't until I got my portions under control and completely cleaned up my diet that I started to lean out.

So how many calories are you eating per day? Maybe you're not eating enough.

I think you have to add calories when breastfeeding and if you didn't add those into your equation you could be netting below your BMR and might have just satlled out. If you're hungry all the time it's a sign that you might not be eating enough.

Tell us your stats...height weight calories burned and calories eaten for a average day...maybe that will help us help you.
