Looking for motivation to eat healthy and go to the gym

Hi,
I've been on the site for a few months, but, just now figured out the community part. I'm Colleen, I'm 5'2 and I weigh 154. My goal weight is 120. but. to get to 130lbs by March. I've been inactive for 2 years due to different circumstances and recovery from an accident that affected my back and have had a really bad diet.
What I would love is some support and friends to help me to stay within my calorie limit everyday and go to the gym. I need motivation so I don't back slide every other day. In return, I will motivate anyone who wants to add me.

Are your diary share settings to public? It really helps when friends can review your food diary and can give suggestions on how to better what you're eating0

Motivation comes from within. You gotta want it bad enough even if others try to drag you down.
As for your goals, how you gonna reach them? What plan do you have? Have you allocated time to make sure you stick to it?

I'm stll trying to formulate a plan and stick to the time. I'm trying to work on my time management so that I can get into the gym everyday. As far as food, that's whyy I'm trying to learn healthy recipes from the community
