healthy cod fish recipes ?

I have some diced cod fish in the freezer and have no clue what to do with it : ( any ideas ? I'm into seasoning and spicy foods x

We had this the other night--delish! We used tilapia instead of grouper. Cod would probably work just as well.

I would look at either cod chowder or fish tacos. You can google recipes and tweak them for your eating goals.0

How about mix it up with a brown rice & a frozen stir fry mixture with some pineapple.
Not sure on the calories. I'm new to this. Low salt soy sauce also.0 -
my cod fish receipe: boil the cod fish for about 45 minutes to an hour. Drain all the water, place fish in a bowl add in 1/2 cup of Olive oil, seasoned very lightly (Goya seasoning) and lightly sprenkle black pepper and stir. You can eat this with white rice, boiled potatoes, or yuca. I hope this helps.0
