I had this brilliant idea the other day. We eat alot of chicken-I cooked about 3 lbs of boneless, skinless thighs in my crock pot until it shredded. I then proceeded to use the chicken for 2 different soups, tacos, egg rolls and then froze some. That cut down on cooking time for us since we are always on the go but trying to eat right.
