Can't seem to Lose!

I weigh about 170. I eat within my calorie goals on myfitnesspal, I exercise, but the weight is not coming off! I am a runner and want to shed some weight in ope to get faster, but am STUCK!!!

Do you use a food scale to make sure your portions are precise and record every bite of food in your journal?
Do you use an HRM and then eat exercise calories back? If so be aware they can be inaccurate so you might have to fiddle with how much you eat back until you start losing again.
Did you just increase your workouts? This can cause water weight retention.0 -
You could be eating too little, especially if you've gained muscle.0
