I just got a bottle of 5Alive whole Food Puree, and was wondering if anyone has ever tried it? This is their website: http://via5alive.com/index.php
Under the Lable section, you can click until the print gets large, and read the ingredients. They claim drinking it daily will help in several ways including:
Immediate Benefits:
•Unlike most liquid nutrition products on the market, ViaViente 5 Alive Tastes Great & Kids Love it!
•Every ounce = 5 servings of whole Fruits & Vegetables for less than $1 a Day !
After 1-2 weeks, product drinkers report:
• Increased, sustained energy.
• Deeper and more restful sleep.
• Immune system support.
After 6-12 weeks:
• Support for healthy blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol.
• Reduced aches and pains.
• Antioxidants provide natural anti-inflammatory benefits.
• Anti-aging benefits for skin and cells.
• Alkalinity supports bone health.
• Supports natural hormone balance
It does taste good, although I couldn't drink a whole bottle of the stuff, but the better more restful sleep has me interested..I'm going to try and do a daily blog on it just to see for myself if this is worth buying again. But if anyone has already tried it, feedback would be apperciated. Did you sleep better? More energy? Is it worth buying or am I going to wind up dissapointed? lol

I just bought some today. My supermarket had it in one-ounce packets. Tastes fine. When you say you're not sure that you could drink a whole bottle, you do realize that you're only supposed to drink one ounce a day, right?0
