I'm doing the Couch potato to 5K thing... I did my first 5k EVER on Dec. 2nd... I walked it mind you, but I did it in under an hour so I am happy about that! But that is my next mini-goal.0

Week 6 Day 2. I've been plagued with injuries from running so it's taken me a handful of re-starts to get here. Love running...just should have started before I was 37 and 100+ pounds overweight.0

Will be doing c25k training in a few more months. Already purchased my zombies run c25K app. Trying to drop a bit more poundage before I begin. (I'd like my knees to last at least til I'm 40). But I can hardly wait! Good luck to you!0
