Hey Everyone! :)

Hello there :)
I'm Mimi. I've been using the MyFitnessPal app on my phone on and off for a while now, but it's only now that I've spotted the website/forums.
I've been wanting to do something about my weight for years.. I was doing well diet-wise before Christmas, then boom - I undid most of what I lost.

But I've decided to pick myself up and start again - and make real life-changes. I want to get into the habit of eating fresh colourful foods (I've recently been snacking on loads of junk :/) and I would love to get active and feel the strongest that I can.
I am 163lbs at the moment, and I want to set myself a first goal to reach 145lbs.

For my fitness, I'm going to start doing the 30 Day Shred with Jillian Michaels tomorrow. I've heard so many good reviews, and it sounds like such a great all-body workout.

I would love to lose a couple of pounds in time for Val's Day <3
Anyway, it's a pleasure to join you all. I know that just being a part of this group will motivate me greatly :D
