  • I'm doing the Couch potato to 5K thing... I did my first 5k EVER on Dec. 2nd... I walked it mind you, but I did it in under an hour so I am happy about that! But that is my next mini-goal.

    I got all the way to my third 20-minute run in c25k, then had to stop because of an injury. Nearly ready to start back now, and I'm rooting for you, too!

    Week 6 Day 2. I've been plagued with injuries from running so it's taken me a handful of re-starts to get here. Love running...just should have started before I was 37 and 100+ pounds overweight.

  • Will be doing c25k training in a few more months. Already purchased my zombies run c25K app. Trying to drop a bit more poundage before I begin. (I'd like my knees to last at least til I'm 40). :) But I can hardly wait! Good luck to you!

    Did my first 5k last year and used the C25K. I am doing it again this year and I am on week 2! I do not plan to stop running this time.

  • How is everyone doing? I finished Day 1 of Week 2 yesterday and thought I might die. lol Week 1 was a breeze so I thought only adding 30 seconds to my runs would be fine... ha! Not looking forward to the rest of this but I have to keep going. Hubby signed us up for the Color Run in June! Eeek!
