Joined yesterday and super committed

Hello everyone, I love this website. I joined yesterday and already looking forward to reading your entries and advice. I started eating smaller portions and exercise 6 days a week in the hope to lose 32 lbs by June this year. I started 3 weeks ago, and I lost 7 lbs so far. My exercise routine is very simple: Going for long walks! (up and down small hills) ... I have pretty much abandoned junk food (cookies, ice creams, etc) and try to eat more greens, veggies, and fruits. I still have a hard time drinking 8 glasses of water everyday....I am trying to stay motivated and I keep telling myself that the power of self commitment and our minds is our best tools!
