What is your song that pushes you while doing cardio? I need more ideas my songs are getting old lol. One of my fun ones that puts me in a good mood is Pink's ~ Raise your glass.

Mine are pretty weird but they keep my feet moving even when I mentally want to stop. Here's a few:

Ready, Steady, Go - Bunkka - Paul Oakenfold
Ultraviolence - This Is War - Cliff Lin
Palladio (Luke Da Duke Remix) - Karl Jenkins
    Crystallize - Lindsey Stirling
  • I like moderate tempo old-ish music to chill me out but keep me in a good mood. My heart rate gets to the 90's too easily!

Jay Z- Get That Dirt Off Your Shoulder

    Technotronic- Pump Up The Jam

Beyonce-Who Run The World? Girls ( BTW, I can't stand this song any other time than when I am running:smile: )

Queen - I've Got To Break Free

    Arrested Development-Tennessee

    ELO- Mr. Blue Sky

Queen- Find Me Somebody to Love

    Bob Marley- Three Little Birds

    and for a little laugh....

    Tenacious D- Two Kings
  • I like Skrillex-Cinema.......Promises and rock n roll are also good ones

Hah, Glad I'm not the only one. I have a number of songs that I can't normally bear to listen to, but when I need to move, I enjoy them because they have a strong beat at a good tempo. I have more Kesha, Katy Perry, Beyonce, and such on my ipod when I'm working out than I like to admit. It just works better that way.

My normal favorites (often mellow tunes with an a acoustic guitar, or something instrumental) just don't do it for me when I'm on the treadmill.

I'm not sure if I should be worried or not though, because I now find myself occasionally singing to some of the tunes when we're out and about and one comes over the radio. Then Hubby looks at me like I've grown a second head. I think this happened most recently when I knew the words to "What makes you beautiful" by One Direction.

The strangest ones are my playlist are some old drum cadences from college.

I mostly listen to blink 182 and greenday while jogging. Not many people into those two bands but the songs have great beats that get me through when I want to quit. :)
