Whats up everyone? I am new, and wondering how hard it is for the first week? I am so ready to get this weight off, but just need that motivation past the first week! Any advice??

Baby steps! You can do this! Log good or bad and get your water in. Slowly add in other things!0

New here too....Plan to log daily. It will keep you focused. At least that's my goal. Good luck0
