My Introduction

My Name is Kaysha..
I am a mommy of two and a wife to a wonderful husband...I have been overweight my whole life and have tried every diet there is and every exercise my body could handle...My problem is i GIVE UP way to fast...I get bored or tired of the routine forget to log in my food or forget to drink water... People always tell me in order to loose the weight you have to really want it and i do...But sometimes my emotions hold me back... I have tried numerous times to use this site to track my food and have given up or just forgotten to do it...But this time i am going to do my very best to stick with it... I currently weigh 256 or a few pounds less since i last weighed...I am trying to get to 200 pounds then from there loose more to get to my healthy weight i am setting small goals because if i set more then that i will not do it i am going to take one day at a time and just do my best to eat better portion my food and get out and walk or what ever i can to get moving.,..I am definably taking applications for motivators on here lol so if you are willing to give me a nudge i def will take it ...I need to be healthy not only for me but for my kids...they mean the world to me and i dont want to be like this forever

Hi! My name is Holly. I so know what you mean. I too use to always give up. I finally started reaching out to people online and I swear it's made a huge difference for me. I've finally been on track for almost a year now. I never thought I would see the day.
