Calories burned on 30ds question

I am on L1D4 and have a question. On the first 2 days I burned 160-161 calories by HRM (5ft 1 and 138lbs) and worked out in the morning. D3 and 4 I worked ou in the evening (after 12 hr day) and burned 234 and 244 by HRM. Does his sound right to you guys? I was able to do more for longer the last 2 days and am not sure if that is why or if my HRM is incorrect. Any advice welcome!!! Thanks :smile:

    Sounds about right. Just feels like a billion more. I would recommend only doing it 2-3 times a week. I am pretty sure Jillian even recommends about that. Need to give your muscles recovery time because that's where the gold is.
