Say I eat -200 under my calorie goal on Friday. Can I eat +200 on Saturday??

Thanks.

My nutritionist says it's actually better for your body to be in a range instead of aiming for the same number every day. Having a bit of variety encourages intuitive eating and apparently helps your metabolism.

    i don't see why not

it all comes down to net calories in the end you could even start doing that as a weekly thing

like say you want to average 1500 cals a day, but want to be flexible so that you can have a treat or whatever, just do a weekly total. 1500 x 5 = 7500 calories to eat for one week. Harder to track here on MFP though.

I think + or - 200 calories on any given day is negligible.

yea, using it the next day is fine. you get into a danger zone though when you are -200 under mon, tues, wed, thurs, so that on friday you have an extra 800 to spend on alcohol.

Don't worry, I budget my alcohol into the daily caloric intake when needed. ;)
