Wish me luck!

Hi guys and gals. I will be starting aqua aerobics tomorrow, Technicaly Ill be swimming doing laps of a pool for starters, then next week will start official aerobics... Anyway, I pretty much havnt moved for about 18 months now, since I found out I have a heart condition and since being given the go ahead for light exercise, I havnt been able to do anything due to a few slipped discs and my facet joints being worn down to almost nothing in my spine. So tomorrow is the day! and I really feel like I need some encouragement for this, I also havr agoraphobia so leabing the house is a challenge. SO with all of that if you could wish me luck and Ill let you know how I go when I get home...
Also should I count this as exercise or is it more a leasure thing?...

    Definitely count as exercise. Swimming is tiring- I do a lot of it, so believe me. There are several swimming options in the mfp database depending on your effort level. Good luck!

    Ok so I went to the pool for about 3 hours (huge accomplishment for me but I did take some valium before I left lol), My support worker came with me and my girls came and just swam around while we did breast stroke for two hours, I can feel my leg, arm and stomach muscles lol and felt really heavy when I got out of the pool...
    Anyway the exercise thing on here says I burned almost 3000 cal! Would that be right?
