    Hi!

    So glad I found this site. 2 years ago I lost 160 lbs (half of me) and over the last year or so, gained 50 of it back. I'm going to be 50 years old this summer and want the 50 lbs gone by then.

    Seems like some of the problem was certain medications I am taking. Any one else encountering this?
