Is it possible to make low cal fluffy American style (I'm in UK) pancakes ? Mine always end up like a crepe and I find it hard to make a fluffly pancake.

Any advice welcomed. thanks.

  I make a thick mix out of protein powder, egg, kwark and backing powder, which makes them fluffy. And blueberries :-)
