Easy Spinach Lasagna Rolls

Options
1 container Ricotta cheese
1/2 pkg cream chese
1tbsp fresh garlic
1tbsp salt
1tbsp pepper
10 lasagna noodles cooked and cooled
2 cups spinach cooked and cooled

enough spaghetti sauce to put about 1tbsp on top of each one
1/3 cup of cheese split between the 10 rolls

preheat oven to 350 degrees
cook noodles, and let cool... keep in water so they do not dry out
cook spinach, and cool

combine ricotta, cream cheese, spinach, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl and let sit
take a muffin tin
in each spot take a noodle and shape it to fit in the muffin tin

spoon in the ricotta mixture evenly between the 10 noodles

top with a tbsp of pasta sauce, and a sprinkle of cheese
bake in 350 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until hot through and through.

    mine were 213 calories per roll, but i didnt have any lowfat ricotta or cream cheese, that has less calories.

    so ya they arent bad in calories either
